Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end procurement and invoice-to-pay processes in SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MM, integrations with FI/AP, and hands-on experience across the full P2P lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support end-to-end P2P processes:
  • Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • Purchase Order (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Invoice Verification (IV)
  • Vendor Payment
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into SAP functional designs
• Configure SAP MM modules:
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Invoice Verification
• Integrate P2P with SAP FI (Accounts Payable)
• Support vendor master data, pricing procedures, release strategies, and approval workflows
• Work with IDocs / interfaces for third-party systems (Ariba, VIM, Coupa, OCR tools, etc.)
• Perform UAT support, issue resolution, and production support
• Prepare functional specs, configuration documents, and user training materials
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with SOX / audit controls and procurement policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP P2P / SAP MM
• Deep understanding of:
  • Procurement lifecycle
  • Inventory & invoice processing
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI integration (AP)
• Experience with pricing procedures, account determination
• Knowledge of release strategies & workflow
• Experience in support, enhancements, and implementations
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA P2P
• Exposure to SAP Ariba, OpenText VIM, Coupa
• Knowledge of EDI, OCR, 3-way / 2-way matching
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or finance domains
• SAP certifications (MM / S/4HANA)
