Technical Product Analyst
A financial services organization is seeking a Technical Product Analyst for a fully remote role supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This position focuses on Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), data governance, and the management of Configuration Item relationships.

Responsibilities:
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Support ServiceNow CMDB initiatives by maintaining Configuration Items and related relationships
Apply CSDM standards across business applications, service instances, technology services, and business capabilities
Support ServiceNow data ingestion, integration, and governance efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform enhancements, reporting, metrics, and remediation of data quality issues
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ServiceNow Analyst, or related role
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB
Strong understanding of Configuration Items and CI relationships
Experience with Common Service Data Model concepts, including business applications, service instances, technology services, and business capabilities
Experience with ServiceNow data ingestion and data integration
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Experience supporting Agile delivery, including backlog management and user stories
Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
Experience managing CMDB data within ServiceNow
Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
Experience managing Configuration Item lifecycles, including creation, updates, retirement, and change management
Experience establishing and monitoring CMDB health dashboards
Experience identifying stale or orphaned Configuration Items
Experience supporting governance, audit, and compliance activities
Azure DevOps experience
Financial services experience
