We are looking for an Application Engineer with experience in design, development of enterprise systems, and handling high volumes of data. The candidate would design and implement solutions to support our clients. Technology toolkit involves RDBMS tools (SQL Server, Oracle), middleware services (Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka/JMS), User Interaction (Angular). The candidate will work closely with the Technology organization in building and supporting an enterprise platform. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills as well as leadership and mentoring expertise.
Contract Duration: 24 months with possible conversion
Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer with hands-on experience working on all aspects: Front-end, User Experience, APIs, Backend, CI/CD, DevSecOps and NoSQL/SQL development and data modeling
- 5+ years of experience with Java 11+, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, SpringBatch and Microservices
- 3+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift (OCP), Google Cloud Platform, Azure
- 3+ years of JPA/Hibernate experience
- 3+ years working with JUnit & Mockito
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- 3+ years of interfacing with Microservices & JSON
- 3+ years working with Jasmine and Karma for unit testing
Desired Skills & Experience - 7+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (Angular)
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
