Digital Designer

Location: Dallas, TX 75205 (Onsite 4 days per week)

Duration: 3-month contract to hire

We are seeking a self-managed, experienced Digital Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is primarily onsite in Dallas, TX and requires a strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and brand discipline. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary digital designer, supporting corporate marketing initiatives and working closely with teams to deliver polished, effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary digital designer across marketing initiatives

Own end-to-end execution of digital projects from concept through delivery

Create email, web, and social content aligned with established corporate branding standards

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Design experiences that function smoothly and look polished across desktop and mobile platforms

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback while knowing when to delegate effectively

Maintain strong ownership of timelines, deliverables, and project quality

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Haves:

Self-managed, experienced Digital Designer with strong project ownership

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Qualifications:

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD

Strong experience with Figma and or Sketch for UI and UX design

Experience using Canva to create scalable, on-brand digital assets and templates

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows to support ideation and iteration

Ability to design and produce basic video and motion assets for web, email, and social channels

Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred, with familiarity with modern development workflows

Excellent visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Email, web, and social platforms

AI-assisted design tools

Portfolio Requirement:

A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, and multimedia assets across web, email, social, and video platforms
