Role Overview
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading multiple technology projects in a hybrid environment based in Chesterfield, VA. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project lifecycle execution, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management across multiple technology initiatives of varying sizes
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality using PMO governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, data, GIS, and vendors
Engage business stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business needs
Track requirements, oversee testing, and manage defect resolution to ensure project quality
Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, and governance artifacts
Provide clear communication and reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analyze data trends and present data-driven recommendations for decision-making
Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and support contract-related activities
Monitor project financials and schedule performance using SPI and other control measures
