Description Of Services:
Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard applications. Manage software deployments, patches, and updates. Create packaged and install applications/tools using Datto tool Troubleshoot issue related to Outlook,Teams,Fortgate client . Troubleshoot the polycom equipment issues. Perform system backups and assist in disaster recovery planning. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides. Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose issues, and resolve them promptly. Collaborate with other IT staff on network, server, and infrastructure support. Assist in onboarding/offboarding users (account setup, workstation provisioning, etc.). Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Deliverables:
System Setup & Configuration: Installing and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and essential software for end users. Hardware Deployment: Provisioning desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, including imaging and asset tagging. Patch Management: Ensuring timely updates and security patches are applied across all systems. Network Connectivity: Setting up and troubleshooting LAN/Wi-Fi connections, VPN access, and domain joins
