Deep expertise required in:

F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager)

F5 GTM (Global Traffic Manager / DNS)

This is the most critical skill gap on the team and candidates without strong F5 experience

Automation:

Terraform (highly desired)

Ansible

Networking & Security:

Firewall expertise (especially Palo Alto)

Cisco routing knowledge
