Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to drive impactful initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform and services.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive high-impact initiatives aimed at developing new products and enhancing existing platforms.
  • Establish prioritization for project execution to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress on initiatives.
  • Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within a high-paced technology environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, and EPM implementations.
  • Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures, as well as security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale migrations and integrations.
