Job Overview:

Customer seeking a Sr. Data Center Engineer for a 6-month 100% onsite position located in San Antonio, TX.
Customer is seeking someone who is experienced to be hands-on (Rack and Stack Engineer) but also has advanced skills to help them streamline their processes and reduce manual efforts.
Someone who can look at their current environment and offer ideas on how to work smarter; eliminate or reduce manual tasks.
Someone who can still roll up their sleeves and participate in the daily data center work, but who can also help evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
His team is strong and works hard, but he specifically called out that they need help working smarter, improving processes, and better leveraging existing tools.
He also mentioned that SharePoint, Teams, and the broader Microsoft app suite are important skill areas for the advanced resource, since they want to centralize and simplify how work is managed.
