About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP RE-FX, SAP Real Estate along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Experience
5–10 Years
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP RE-FX configuration.
- Knowledge of lease contract lifecycle management.
- Experience with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting.
- Integration experience with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
- Understanding of master data including:
- Business Partners
- Buildings
- Properties
- Rental Objects
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Real Estate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
