Saturday: One Saturday per month
Pay: $22?$47/Flat Rate, based on skill level

The Opportunity
We are hiring three Automotive Technicians at the A, B, and C levels for a busy automotive dealership in Warsaw, IN.
The shop services primarily Domestic vehicles and handles approximately 400?450 vehicles per month, providing consistent workflow and strong earning potential for productive technicians.
A-Level Automotive Technician
Pay: $43?$47 Flat Rate
Top Responsibilities
Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
Perform advanced diagnostics and factory programming
Complete major engine and mechanical repairs
Handle vehicles independently from diagnosis through completed repair
Assist and mentor less-experienced technicians when needed
B-Level Automotive Technician
Pay: $28?$35 Flat Rate
Top Responsibilities
Perform brakes, steering, suspension, and general mechanical repairs
Diagnose common mechanical and drivability concerns
Complete engine, cooling system, and electrical repairs
Use scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Complete assigned repairs independently while maintaining quality and productivity
C-Level Automotive Technician
Pay: $22?$28 Flat Rate
Top Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance
Complete brake and basic steering and suspension repairs
Replace batteries, belts, hoses, and other common components
Perform vehicle inspections and basic mechanical repairs
Develop diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on training
