Job description:
My client is seeking a Technical Lead to provide hands-on leadership in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise IT solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and cloud-based infrastructure. The role involves leading technical teams, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions across virtual servers, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Servers, IIS, and .NET environments.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting development efforts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing technical design and implementation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables, managing team performance, and providing analysis and recommendations to support project outcomes. The role also requires strong project management capabilities, including status reporting, risk identification, and ensuring completion of assigned tasks in accordance with established standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MQ1 – TECHNICAL LEAD – TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
The Technical Lead must have a minimum of Eight (8) consecutive years of experience providing technical lead services. This experience must include technical services related to virtual servers, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Internet Information Services, .Net. Response should include specific working examples demonstrating consultant’s experience.
MQ2 – TECHNICAL LEAD – ENGAGEMENT
The Technical Lead must have a minimum of Eight (8) consecutive years leading technical teams, communicating with teams, supporting team developments and responding to stakeholders. The Respondent must provide examples demonstrating the Technical Lead’s project management experience and reporting status, timeline(s), completion of tasks, analysis and recommendations.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
DQ1 – TECHNICAL LEAD
Two (2) or more consecutive years of experience not listed within MQs, in the last 10 years providing services in any technical classification to a State of California Department.
