Integration Technical Consultant

The Integration Technical Consultant role involves technical design, configuration and implementation of middleware ensuring the E2E processes continue to function. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration across various systems and applications, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP Integration Suite.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1.Integration Design and Development:

• The consultant is responsible for the technical design & integration content, such as integration flows, either from scratch or by enhancing predefined content that might have to be identified. 
• Assess predefined integration content available in the SAP Integration Suite catalog to determine its suitability for the project requirements 

.

2.Integration Assessment:

• The consultant participates in the integration assessment process, which involves creating integration diagrams, technical definitions and functional / technical specifications and works closely with the functional integration consultant. 
• The role includes the selection and recommendation of the most suitable technology, together with providing the integration guidelines and best practices. .

3.Integration Technology and Compliance:

• The Consultant should be well versed using the BTP Integration Suite, familiar with SAP PO/PI and the various integration patterns that can be leveraged and is in compliance with the customer''s interoperability framework.
• The role requires to be the liaison between various technical teams to ensure a seamless integration. 

4.Functional and technical roles:

• The consultant will be required to advise the customer in regards to the technical configuration leveraging the most suitable middleware. Technical experience with SAP PO would be very helpful as well some high level understanding of PLMSI would be beneficial.

Integration Aspects:

The Integration Technical Consultant leverages capabilities residing in the SAP Integration Suite to facilitate the following:

Integration of additional middleware e.g. SAP PO/PI on top of PLMSI with the objective to support the customer''s interoperability framework. Ensures seamless integration between the various platforms.
