Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year

Job DetailsThis position is ideal for a field leader who can independently run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams. This person will also help mentor and direct younger superintendents and field staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections
- Manage a range of complex commercial projects, including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other technical tenant improvement work
- Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore
- Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes
- Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements
- Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership
- Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of commercial construction field experience
- Prior Superintendent experience
- Experience with retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare, or other commercial projects
- Procore experience required
- Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation
- Experience managing T&M work & ground up
- OSHA 30 preferred
