Our client is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Technical QA (TQA) team, which owns end-to-end quality across projects-from planning through deployment.
This role is manual and highly strategic (no automation scripting required) and will serve as the QA voice for assigned projects.
You will be responsible for building test strategies, test plans, and test cases, coordinating and managing test events (including UAT), and advising PMOs, developers, BAs, and business stakeholders on QA best practices across the full SDLC. The role typically supports 3-4 active projects at a time.
Projects span digital, web, mobile, lending, and modernization initiatives, many tied directly to merger-related efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for assigned projects
- Create and execute manual test cases using Azure DevOps and Excel
- Coordinate and manage test events, including UAT and deployment support
- Review and help define Business, System, and Functional requirements
- Advise PMOs and project teams on QA strategy throughout the SDLC
- (Requirements Feasibility Design Coding Testing Deployment)
- Manage QA efforts across 3-4 concurrent projects
- Track and communicate findings, risks, defects, and sign-offs
- Document and communicate QA best practices
- Support cross-device, multi-language UAT testing for consumer-facing applications
- Partner closely with developers, BAs, PMOs, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience- Manual Quality Assurance / Quality Assurance Testing
- Test strategy, test plan, and test case creation
- UAT coordination and execution
- Experience advising PMO or project teams on QA strategy end-to-end
- Strong understanding of QA best practices and how to document and communicate them
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3-4 at a time)
- Understanding of the full SDLC and QA's role in each phase
