Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Architect to design and lead the implementation of a
modern digital marketing platform that connects campaign planning, website updates,
content production, experimentation, and analytics into a unified ecosystem.
This role will work closely with marketing stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform
owners to deliver an integrated marketing platform built on technologies such as Microsoft
Azure, Adobe Workfront, Adobe platform tools, and CRM platforms like Microsoft
Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will combine architecture leadership, platform integration
expertise, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills to drive scalable and automated
marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Platform Design
Define the overall architecture for the digital marketing ecosystem.
Design how marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, and analytics systems integrate and
interact.
Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and data flow models.
Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business
strategy.
Produce architecture diagrams and technical design documentation.
Lead integration across key marketing platforms such as Workfront, AEM, CRM
systems, and Adobe techtools.
Enable seamless workflows from campaign planning through content creation,
publishing, and reporting.
Ensure data consistency and system interoperability across platforms.
Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes.
Define best practices for APIs, integrations, and automation services.
Ensure solutions are designed for reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve marketing planning, such as
automated campaign scheduling, content planning insights, and workflow
optimization.
Design architecture that supports AI-driven capabilities to enhance decision
making, content supply chain efficiency, and marketing operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with marketing leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and platform
owners.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Facilitate architecture discussions and support strategic technology decisions.
Align stakeholders on platform roadmap and implementation priorities.
Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams building the marketing
platform.
Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
Mentor engineering teams and help resolve complex technical challenges.
Promote best practices across system design, integrations, and platform
governance.
Must-Have Skills (Key Architect Capabilities)
Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in:
Designing enterprise platform architectures involving multiple integrated systems
Leading large cross-functional technology initiatives involving marketing and
engineering teams
Building integration strategies across CMS (Adobe or any other platform), marketing
tools, and CRM platforms
Defining scalable cloud architecture and integration patterns
Driving stakeholder alignment across marketing, product, and engineering teams
Creating clear architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical roadmaps
Identifying opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational
efficiency
Translating business goals into technology architecture and implementation plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software architecture, enterprise platform engineering, or
similar roles.
Experience designing and integrating enterprise platforms across multiple systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Experience working with digital platforms such as CMS, marketing systems using
adobe platform
Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flow design.
Strong expertise in AI and Agentic AI platforms and frameworks.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with marketing platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
Experience implementing or integrating Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe DAM.
Experience in integrating CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience supporting digital marketing operations such as campaign
management, content publishing, or experimentation.
Experience implementing automation or AI-driven capabilities within enterprise
platforms.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise digital platforms.
