Client's Client Reporting Technology (CRT) organization has an opportunity for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Developer to help speed our modernization efforts for regulatory forms for our clients. This developer will be focused on building Adaptive Web Form content within the AEM forms tool as well as work with the existing team to enhance pipeline when needed. This developer should also be familiar with AI technologies such as Github copilot to help speed delivery as much as possible.

responsibilities:
- Professional level front end skillsets such as HTML, JSP, NPM webpack build
- Knowledge on code upgrade and Code promotion including core component upgrades and deployments through package manager
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAML, oSGI bundles
- Experience in using AEM Dispatcher in a form's environment
- Demonstrated exposure to, or hands-on experience with, GenAI coding assistants used across day-to-day engineering workflows in the SDLC-implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting/automation, troubleshooting, and documentation-while applying engineering judgment and validation. Practical familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is expected
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows, spec-driven development (translating low-level design artifacts such as class structures, API contracts, and data models into structured specs that guide AI-assisted implementation), and custom instructions and prompt engineering, with the ability to establish team-level practices for effective AI-assisted development.

- Experience with headless content delivery
- Experience coding in Angular, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, backbone ReactJS (sophisticated capabilities required for front end focused roles)
- Experience working with web servers Jboss, weblogic, IIS, Apache
- Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
