Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Engineer to support and improve product and process quality across manufacturing and engineering operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Details- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required
- Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
