Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on software development experience using Python or C#
5+ years of experience building modern applications with React and front-end state management frameworks
Extensive experience designing and architecting cloud solutions within AWS environments
Strong experience with Terraform, Docker, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices
Deep understanding of SQL databases and scalable data persistence strategies
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade software into production environments
Proven success working within large, complex organizations such as Tier-1 Investment Banks or Global Asset Managers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and financial products

Serve as a hands-on engineer while providing technical leadership across project teams
Manage engineering deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
Design, document, and oversee technical implementation strategies for production deployments
Mentor engineers and establish best practices across development teams
Build strong client relationships while serving as a trusted technical advisor
