Portfolio Manager Applications, Data Integrations & AI

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the governance, prioritization, planning, and oversight of a diverse technology portfolio encompassing enterprise applications, data and analytics, cloud platforms, integrations, automation initiatives, and artificial intelligence programs. This highly visible leadership role will ensure technology investments align with strategic business priorities while delivering measurable value across the organization.

The Portfolio Manager will partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, architecture, cybersecurity, data and analytics organizations, vendors, and project leaders to coordinate investments, manage priorities, mitigate risk, and drive successful outcomes. This individual will provide strategic oversight across multiple technology initiatives while ensuring strong governance, transparency, and cross functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance processes across applications, cloud technologies, data programs, analytics initiatives, integrations, and AI solutions

• Lead the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and roadmap planning of technology investments based on business value, risk, resource capacity, and strategic alignment

• Provide executive visibility into portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and expected business outcomes

• Coordinate oversight of enterprise applications, Oracle Cloud initiatives, Azure and AWS environments, integrations, reporting solutions, and modernization programs

• Manage portfolio activities related to master data management, data governance, data quality, analytics platforms, and business intelligence initiatives

• Oversee technology initiatives involving APIs, middleware, automation solutions, and enterprise integrations while promoting standardization and reuse

• Support governance and adoption of AI initiatives including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other enterprise AI platforms

• Partner with business and technology leaders to facilitate decision making, executive reviews, budgeting activities, resource planning, and organizational change initiatives

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, project management, technology leadership, or related enterprise technology disciplines

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field

• Proven experience managing complex cross functional technology portfolios within large enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, strategic planning, prioritization frameworks, risk management, financial planning, and resource management

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations, data and analytics ecosystems, and technology modernization initiatives

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, data management, analytics programs, and enterprise technology roadmaps

• Experience working with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and supporting data driven decision making

• Exposure to enterprise AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions

• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, build consensus, and lead initiatives without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an enterprise PMO or formal portfolio governance organization

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud and Oracle HCM initiatives

• Knowledge of customer data platforms, master data management, data governance, and data quality programs

• Experience with data lakes, enterprise reporting environments, and analytics platforms

• Experience overseeing API, middleware, workflow automation, and enterprise integration initiatives

• Experience developing investment strategies, portfolio dashboards, technology roadmaps, and prioritization models

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar professional certifications

• Experience leading organizational change, adoption initiatives, and business process improvements
