As a Product Manager, Vice President - Data in Consumer Banking Sales Incentive & Growth Product (CBSIG), you will play a pivotal role in driving the AI roadmap strategy and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of product data. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Design, Technology, and business teams to deliver high-impact data solutions, support product enhancements, and identify opportunities for integration and innovation across the product suite.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Design, and Technology partners to drive the AI roadmap and data strategy for CBSIG products.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of CBSIG product data structures, relationships, and capabilities.
  • Oversee daily data health, completeness, and accuracy, proactively identifying and addressing gaps.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and research for issues, changes, and new functionality related to branch sales incentive processes and reporting.
  • Document workflows, technical processes, and create mock-ups to support product development.
  • Elicit and document business and technical requirements, extract test cases for development and testing and participate in and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all product data builds and changes.
  • Lead special initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage or integrate with other area products to achieve strategic goals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Advanced expertise in product discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including data relationships, data literacy, and advanced/expert SQL query abilities; experience with Alteryx and Python.
  • Advanced understanding of AI concepts, including LLM tools and generative AI models.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, documentation (epics, user stories), and developing testing personas and use cases.
  • Advanced experience collaborating with technology teams and applying Agile methodologies, product operations, and JIRA.
  • Strong controls mindset with proactive issue management, including health checks, triage, and root cause analysis.
  • Skilled in change management, relationship management, and proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with branch or Chase operations/banking products or Chase Wealth Management investment products.
