Job Summary – Graphics Designer (Hybrid, Healthcare/Medicare/Medicaid Focus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce effective marketing, advertising, and communication solutions across multiple channels (print, digital, presentations, brochures, booklets, flyers, corporate identity, etc.).
- Ensure all design work maintains strict brand standards, consistency, and quality control as the final checkpoint before release.
- Execute high-volume versioning, asset management, and organized file naming within established workflow systems.
- Prepare files for print and digital output, ensuring proper setup (bleeds, trims, color modes, resolution) and accurate packaging for vendors.
- Work efficiently within templates and brand guidelines, managing tight deadlines and delivering production-ready files with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Top Required Skills:
- Strong prepress and file preparation knowledge for print/digital production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid, or government-regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Understanding of ADA, 508, and WC3 accessibility standards for content.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- In-house, marketing department, or ad agency background.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and health insurance.
- Advanced layout, typography, iconography, and information architecture skills.
- Experience with branding, visual identity systems, and advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of print production, workflow, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront, Jira).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and design thinking skills; openness to feedback.
- Ability to balance multiple projects/tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Capacity to mentor and inspire team members.
