POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior-level individual contributor responsible for business analysis, requirements definition, and functional design for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, Operation, Analytics, and IT teams to enable customer data unification, segmentation, orchestration, and omnichannel activation while ensuring strong data governance, privacy compliance, and measurable business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead requirements definition for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives, including customer identity resolution, segmentation, and activation use cases.
· Translate marketing strategy and analytics requirements into epics, user stories, and functional specifications.
· Define and validate Salesforce Data Cloud data models, identity resolution rules, calculated insights, and activation targets.
· Support Marketing Cloud journeys, campaign orchestration, audience targeting, and engagement measurement.
· Coordinate delivery with internal IT teams and external service partners.
· Support UAT, data validation, and production readiness activities.
· Develop documentation and training materials.
· Collaborate with Squads to ensure on-time delivery following agile best practices.
· Work with the build manager to make, deploy improvements and bug fixes using our CI/CD process to ensure Environments are kept in sync.
· Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, and consent requirements.
· Triage production issues and resolve based on priority.
· Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
· 10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
· Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud.
· Strong understanding of customer data platforms and omnichannel marketing.
· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
· Salesforce certifications preferred.
