Location: (Remote) Duration: 6-12 Months+
Overall Experience:
Must have 5-6 years of IT experience, including 3-4 years specifically in Salesforce.com and hands-on experience in Data Cloud for at least 1-2 yrs
Excellent communication and be able to coordinate with and get Knowledge Transition from Onsite (USA-based) Salesforce development teams and interact with IT/Business stakeholders there.
Good to have experience in different Salesforce clouds/offerings: Sales, Service, Community.
Other cloud/offerings like Marketing/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL, etc., are a plus.

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
REQUIRED SALESFORCE SKILLSET:
Experience working on at least two Salesforce Data Cloud projects, covering both design and implementation.
Strong understanding of Data Cloud objects, data models, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
Hands-on experience with Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) and data lake objects.
Proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP, GraphQL), ETL tools, and data integration patterns.
Experience with data pipelines and SQL.
Experience with Einstein Studio, Data Cloud retrievers, and RAG. Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data governance frameworks.
Familiarity with AI/ML and external model integration into Salesforce Data Cloud.
Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud development.
Proven ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud while ensuring data integrity.
Strong hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMO, DLO, data mapping, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
Ability to configure and manage Data Streams to ingest large volumes of data from multiple sources.
Skilled in implementing and managing Identity Resolution (IR) rules for accurate and unified customer profiles.
Proficient in developing and optimizing calculated insights, segmentation, and activation processes to enable personalized customer experiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies, models, and mappings.
Knowledge of and adherence to data governance best practices and data quality standards.
Experience in monitoring system performance and proactively resolving Salesforce Data Cloud technical issues.
Ability to design and implement data integration solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and related tools. Skilled in creating and maintaining data models, schemas, and mappings for efficient data integration.
