Salesforce Data/Marketing Cloud Cons- Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Remote Salesforce Data/Marketing Cloud Consultant to strengthen our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities. This role is intentionally flexible: we are open to candidates who are exceptional in either SFMC or Data Cloud, with the ideal candidate bringing strong experience across both platforms. This position will play a critical role in expanding the client's delivery capacity, enabling deeper focus across platforms, and supporting complex customer engagement and data-driven initiatives.
This is a 100% remote, contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibiltiies:
* Design, implement, and optimize solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud
* Support customer engagement strategies leveraging data, segmentation, personalization, and automation
* Design and support ETL-based integrations between Salesforce platforms and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., data warehouses, CDPs, CRM, third-party platforms)
* Partner closely with internal technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions
* Contribute to solution documentation, architecture artifacts, and best practices
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and efficiency
* Collaborate with team members to balance workload and expand overall team capacity
* Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in Salesforce
* Experience integrating Salesforce platforms with ETL tools and data pipelines, including designing, monitoring, and optimizing data flows between system
* Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in evolving environments
* Naturally curious and knowledge-seeking
* Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
* Strong communicator (verbal and written)
* Values documentation and knowledge sharing
* Hungry to grow, learn, and make an impact
* Energized by collaboration and ownership

Nice to have experience:
* Salesforce certifications
* Experience spanning both SFMC and Data Cloud
* Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
