Position: Sr. Oracle DBA (Exadata & Cloud Migration)

Location: New York City, NY(Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle DBA to lead the architecture, implementation, and migration of mission-critical database systems. You will be responsible for managing Oracle Exadata environments on-premises and within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI ExaCS), specializing in complex, near-zero downtime migrations.

Required Technical Skills:

Core Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle Database 12c and 19c.

Engineered Systems: Hands-on experience with Exadata (X7 through X10) and Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS).

Replication Tools: Proficient in Oracle GoldenGate for bi-directional replication and migration.

Migration Frameworks: Mastery of Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM), RMAN, and Data Pump.

Architecture: Strong knowledge of Multitenant architecture (CDB/PDB), RAC, and Grid Infrastructure.
