Job Title: PeopleSoft Finance Consultant

Duration: 3-6 Months+
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Finance Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits). The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements across Finance and HR domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support PeopleSoft Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Purchasing.
Collaborate with HR teams to integrate Finance processes with PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits).
Perform system configuration, customization, and enhancements to align with business needs.
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and design solutions for Finance and HCM processes.
Support end-to-end testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and process flows.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Consultant.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, Purchasing).
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits).
Proficiency in SQL, PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PS Query.
Experience with integrations between Finance and HCM systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade and Fluid UI.
Knowledge of reporting tools such as BI Publisher, nVision, or PS Query.
Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid PeopleSoft environments.
Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
