Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Location: Wilmington, DE – Quaterly Travel for PI Planning
Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate combines strong change management and technical expertise, SAP S/4HANA transformation experience, and finance domain knowledge.
· 10+ years of hands Organizational Change Management and SAP experience with core focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations and digital transformations.
· NS2/Cloud experience a plus.
· Expert knowledge of SAP functional modules (such as Ariba, Fiori, ECC, MM, SAP Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain)
· Demonstrated ability to work in a highly hands- on role working well under pressure.
· Deep proficiency with SAP content authoring tools and digital adoption tools (SAP and WalkMe )
· Strong skills in tracking adoption KPIs, conducting time-study/process impact analyses, conducting change impact analysis and facilitating business process alignment.
· Proven experience in developing current and future state process flow, personas identification and traceability mapping.
· Create training materials, job aids, communications, playbooks, process maps and user guides to enable consistent use of SAP processes and tools.
· Experience with large-scale modernization and transformation programs
· Proven track record leading multi-site or remote deployments, managing stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively with both technical developers and front-line end-users
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Proven experience engaging with business stakeholders and driving change and adoption.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
· Deliver clear, transparent, and frequent messages explaining the why behind process changes rather than just the technical
· mechanics.
· Familiarity with agile delivery, organizational change management, continuous improvement, and process standardization methodologies.
· Strong business and financial acumen.
· Preferred Certifications include: Agile Certifications, SAFe, Prosci, Kotter, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAP S/4HANA
