Job title: Salesforce Developer w/ AI

Location; Alpharetta , GA -hybrid 3 days on site( local candidates or near by who will commute 3 days onsite and ready to give in-person interview)

Duration: 18+ months Contract

Must have:

5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience

Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows

Salesforce Agentforce—including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates

Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential.

Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java)

must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team.

• The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows. Additionally, foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce—including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates—as well as Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential.

• Strong independent debugging skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities for collaborating with both technical and business teams. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating and guiding offshore resources. Finally, they must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team.

• 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
  MUST have experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  Must also have experience in Co-Pilot is a plus
  Strong knowledge of AI is highly desirable
  • Exposure to integrations experience with Salesforce, REST API, Connected APP, OAUTH Flows
  • Proficient- Apex, Visualforce, triggers, objects, security model, etc.
  • Proficient to Lightning, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components
  • Proficient to Salesforce OOO – Workflow Rules, Process Builder and Visual Flows
  • Proficient to Salesforce Content Management – Content Version, Document and Distribution
  • Proficient to Apex design pattern
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Java Script is a plus
  • Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java)
  • Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools
  • Proficient to a cloud computing platform and the associated automation patterns they provide
  • Exposure to application of design patterns
  • Exposure to CICD tool like Flosum will be plus point
