Extensive Salesforce and integration experience:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows. Additionally, foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates as well as Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential.
Strong independent debugging skills are a must, along with excellent communication abilities for collaborating with both technical and business teams. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating and guiding offshore resources. Finally, they must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team.
Must have:
- 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce development experience
- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows
- Salesforce Agentforce including AI agents, autonomous actions, and prompt templates
- Data Cloud capabilities like data models, streams, segments, and identity resolution, is essential.
- Proficient in a modern OO language (preferably Java)
- must be able to lead requirement gathering sessions, drive discussions, and define requirements with our Product team.
