Job Description -

Title: Senior Quality Engineering (QE) Test Lead – Oracle Fusion

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, Locals Only)

Seeking a Senior QE Test Lead to own the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM transformation. The role will lead internal QA teams, offshore resources, and System Integrator testing efforts while ensuring successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.

Mandatory Skills

15+ years of QA/QE experience
10+ years leading testing for large-scale ERP/HCM implementations
Proven experience leading at least one full Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM) implementation from design through go-live
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM testing
Experience managing System Integrator (SI) testing deliverables
Expertise in:
- Test Strategy & Governance
- Functional, Integration, UAT, Regression & Performance Testing
- Data Conversion & Cutover Testing
- Payroll Parallel Testing
- Defect Management & Release Readiness
Strong hands-on experience with Jira/Xray, qTest, Zephyr, ALM, Azure DevOps, or Oracle Test Manager
Experience leading onshore/offshore QA teams
Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

Define and own the Master Test Strategy and release test plans.
Lead testing across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams.
Manage defect lifecycle, quality metrics, and risk reporting.
Coordinate testing activities across business teams, offshore teams, and System Integrators.
Ensure traceability, compliance, audit readiness, and test coverage.
Drive UAT, payroll testing, cutover validation, and go-live readiness.
Establish automation and regression testing strategy for Oracle quarterly releases.

Preferred Skills

PeopleSoft experience
Payroll implementation testing
SOX/compliance testing experience
Experience in regulated or 24x7 operational environments
Oracle Fusion regression automation framework experience
