Job Title: Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer
Location: Hybrid Project at Durham, North Carolina

Required Skills:
Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design.
Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments).
Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best‑fit approaches.
Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
AI-enablement: Apply AI‑driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
