Title: IT PMO Program / Product Lead – GSM ProcureSmart (Supplier Data Management)
Location: Corning, NY or Charlotte, NC or Remote (with periodic onsite engagement in Charlotte or Corning), must be willing to work EST hours
Duration: 7+ Months with possibility of extension based on demand
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM ( Some flexibility may be required due to work with global teams)

Role Summary
Client is seeking a Senior IT PMO Program / Product Lead (Contract) to lead the delivery of the GSM ProcureSmart Supplier Data Management solution. Expected to comply with the client’s IT PMO, Quality, Security, and Compliance standards.
This role will operate as an Agile Product Delivery Leader within the client’s IT PMO governance framework, balancing iterative, value-driven delivery with enterprise governance, quality, regulatory, and financial accountability.
The role will serve as a Scrum Master and Agile delivery lead, owning end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, including supplier onboarding, tool selection, MDG integration, data migration and deduplication, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Product & Program Delivery
• Lead ProcureSmart Supplier Data Management delivery as a product, using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners and GSM stakeholders to translate procurement and supplier data needs into prioritized product backlogs and release roadmaps.
• Drive iterative value delivery while aligning with client IT PMO governance standards.
Agile Governance, Quality & Compliance
• Operate Agile delivery within the client’s IT PMO, Project Quality, and Regulatory frameworks.
• Own and maintain the IT Project Quality Plan, ensuring Agile artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, demos, defects) satisfy:
• Quality Assurance
• Quality Control
• Audit and compliance requirements
• Align Agile releases and increments to IT PMO StageGate and Steering governance, including conditional and formal approvals.
• Partner with IT Controls & Compliance (ITCC) to ensure regulatory readiness for supplier data, banking validation, fraud prevention, and ERP integrations.
• Ensure required compliance and regulatory deliverables are completed prior to Go Live and Post Go Live approvals.
Supplier Data Management & Procurement Enablement
• Lead implementation of supplier data management capabilities, including:
• Supplier onboarding and lifecycle management
• Banking validation and fraud prevention
• Supplier risk and compliance
• Supplier 360° data views
• Oversee integration with third-party supplier data and risk platforms, including:
• Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for banking validation
• Everstream for supplier risk
• Manage intake and orchestration using ServiceNow.
• Support procurement platform and catalog integrations (e.g., SAP Ariba, E Catalogs).
Tool Selection & Vendor Management
• Lead Phase 1 tool selection activities, including:
• Agile-aligned requirements definition
• Vendor evaluation, scoring, and recommendation
• Stakeholder engagement (Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy)
• Coordinate with GSM leadership and IT partners to ensure selected solutions align with the client’s enterprise architecture and roadmap.
• Manage vendor delivery and performance throughout implementation and rollout.
MDG & ERP Integration
• Lead integration between ProcureSmart Supplier Data Management solutions and Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Ensure accuracy:
• Data mapping and governance rules
• API based integrations
• Supplier master data flow into MDG
• Coordinate integrations across the client’s ERP landscape:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP ECC
• PeopleSoft
Data Migration, Deduplication & Retrofitting
• Lead supplier data migration, cleansing, and deduplication efforts.
• Coordinate operational activities to:
• Deactivate duplicate suppliers
• Harmonize supplier records across systems
• Manage dependencies related to retrofitting legacy ERP systems, including vendor master data, purchasing info records, and open POs.
• Align migration and retrofitting efforts with ERP transformation funding and scope decisions.
Financial & Funding Management
• Own project financial management across Agile product releases, including:
• Cost forecasting and variance management
• Funding approvals (ARs or charge numbers)
• Capital vs. expense tracking
• Manage IT Operational Cost Estimates, ensuring:
• Run cost impacts are identified
• Funding is secured
• Costs are revisited at key delivery milestones
• Partner with Finance, Service Line Owners, and PMO leadership to ensure financial transparency and compliance.
Program Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
• Manage multi-workstream delivery across intake, data improvements, integration, and governance.
• Provide executive-level reporting, including:
• Agile delivery metrics
• Financials
• Risks, issues, and dependencies
• Present progress, risks, and recommendations to:
• IT Advisory / StageGate forums
• Steering Committees
• Support client’s target deployment timeline (Q1 2026).
Operational Readiness & Product Lifecycle Support
• Lead change management and organizational readiness activities to support the adoption of new supplier data processes.
• Coordinate pre-Go Live and post-Go Live approvals.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, support sign off, and transition to steady state operations.
• Partner with Service Owners and Service Line Operational Receivers to support the full product lifecycle, including stabilization and warranty periods.
Procurement & Supplier Data Expertise
• Supplier onboarding and lifecycle management
• Supplier data governance, quality, and fraud prevention
• Banking validation and supplier risk assessment
• Integration with third-party supplier data providers (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, Everstream)
Technical & Platform Knowledge
• Procurement platforms: SAP Ariba, ServiceNow
• Master Data Governance (MDG)
• ERP platforms: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, PeopleSoft
• API integrations, data mapping, and supplier ID cross-referencing
• Planview ProjectPlace / Portfolio for delivery, quality, and governance tracking

Experience
• 7+ years of IT Project / Program Management experience in the Procurement domain.
• Proven experience delivering Supplier Data Management or Procure to Pay (P2P) solutions.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile, product-centric implementations within enterprise PMO environments.
• Experience managing complex integrations across multiple ERP platforms.
Certifications (Required)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), active or
