General Summary:Qualcomm is seeking a customer-facing data center sales leader to own end-to-end engagement with one of the hyperscalers across our server CPU and AI processor initiatives. The role drives strategy, relationships, and execution from early opportunity shaping through qualification, commercial negotiation, design win, and scaled deployment, partnering closely with engineering, product management, operations, finance, marketing, and legal to deliver high impact business outcomes.
Responsibilities:Account Strategy and Executive Engagement- Define and execute the multi-year account strategy and operating cadence across server CPU and data center AI processor programs, including stakeholder map, priorities, and success metrics.
- Build trusted relationships with customer across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, procurement, operations and marketing.
- Represent Qualcomm's data center roadmap and differentiation with clear communications, escalation management - enable rapid decision making.
Program Execution and Cross-Functional Leadership- Lead cross-functional engagement across engineering, product, supply chain, finance, and operations to remove blocking issues and joint drive milestone achievement for server and AI deployments.
- Orchestrate customer qualification requirements and activities to convert evaluations into production, including platform readiness and adoption planning, coordination with ODM/CMs and other platform partners.
- Drive deeper collaboration on AI and robotics initiatives across architecture, engineering, and developer relations.
Commercial and Deal Leadership- Develop business cases, pricing and volume frameworks, and forecast discipline to support revenue and margin maximization.
- Contribute to complex negotiations and agreement closure in partnership with legal, finance and BU teams, spanning supply commitments, purchasing terms, and IP treatment, while ensuring internal and customer alignment.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 6+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master's degree (MBA or MSEE) preferred
- 3-5 years experience in strategic accounts, technical sales, and/or business development within semiconductors, servers, cloud infrastructure, or AI accelerators.
- Proven track record securing design wins and scaling complex programs from evaluation to production.
- Strong understanding of server CPU and AI accelerator architectures, platform qualification, and deployment considerations.
- Experience negotiating and managing complex legal agreements covering supply, purchasing terms, and confidentiality provisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with management and deeply technical audiences.
- Experience working with hyperscalers and the data center ecosystem (OEMs, ODMs, platform and component partners).
- Familiarity with AI development and deployment workflows, plus practical fluency in AI development environments, LLMs, and AI-enabled applications relevant to hyperscaler engagements.
- Understanding of mobile/PC/XR-based app development and deployment ecosystem
Location and TravelOffice-based, with Santa Clara, CA and San Diego, CA as primary locations; travel as needed for customer engagement and internal execution.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $180,200.00 - $270,200.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
