  • Support project execution by developing scopes of work, cost estimates, and design deliverables from concept through construction
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, surveying) to ensure coordinated, constructible designs
  • Maintain quality and consistency by coordinating with internal QA/QC reviewers and external partners
  • Conduct site visits and field investigations to support design development and client engagement

Knowledge/Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, well-organized technical documentation
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with limited oversight
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% for site visits and project support
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance for work at certain federal facilities.
