Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform, along with strong architectural vision to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse
• Develop and customize model-driven apps and canvas apps using Power Platform
• Build and manage Power Automate workflows and business process flows
• Design and develop custom plugins using C#, JavaScript, and other supported technologies
• Own solution lifecycle management (ALM) including deployments, versioning, and environments
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP systems and enterprise applications using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
• Provide break/fix support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Ensure operational stability, performance optimization, and security compliance
• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Power Pages is a plus)
• Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and design
• Expertise in custom development using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with system integrations using Azure services and middleware
• Solid understanding of API design and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries
• Microsoft certifications such as:
  • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect
  • Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Azure certifications
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern ALM practices
