• Experience troubleshooting automated systems and resolving process or system-related issues.

Experience:

• Experience coordinating ongoing and recurring system training for manufacturing personnel or training assistants.
• Experience implementing and maintaining training system controls for manufacturing operations.
• Experience identifying training needs, evaluating training options, and recommending effective delivery methods.
• Experience reporting personnel training gaps and certification needs.
• Experience recommending and implementing solutions to close training and knowledge gaps.
• Experience introducing or supporting training system upgrades, new technologies, and improved training methods.
• Experience supporting global or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting business processes outside of manufacturing through standardization and process improvement.
• Experience planning and organizing projects with multiple milestones and varying complexity.
• Experience developing and implementing projects from concept through completion.
• Experience resolving complex issues through interpretation of procedures, systems, and business practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, implement, and execute training systems for manufacturing and peripheral groups.
• Develop and innovate training programs to support manufacturing operations and related teams.
• Coordinate ongoing and recurring system training for manufacturing training assistants.
• Implement and maintain training system controls for manufacturing.
• Develop and implement training systems by identifying training needs, researching options, and recommending effective methods.
• Maintain and enhance quality systems by identifying, isolating, and resolving issues in existing processes.
• Use customer feedback and automated systems to support process improvements.
• Communicate certification and training needs by identifying and reporting training and knowledge gaps.
• Recommend and implement solutions to close training and knowledge gaps.
• Introduce training system upgrades by identifying and implementing more efficient technology and methods.
• Support global initiatives related to training systems and process consistency.
• Support business processes outside of manufacturing by promoting consistency between systems and offering innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot automated systems by identifying problems, researching root causes, making changes, or coordinating with appropriate teams.
• Plan and organize project assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
• Initiate and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Establish priorities for project assignments.
• Solve complex problems requiring interpretation of procedures and practices.
• Select methods and practices to solve problems using creativity, independent judgment, and initiative.
• Propose solutions and make independent project-related decisions.
• Develop and implement projects from concept to completion.

Should Have:

• Associate s degree or some college coursework.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting quality compliance and audit-ready processes.
• Experience with automated systems, learning systems, or training management systems.
• Experience driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership skills in evolving or cross-functional projects.
