Role Summary: 
•    The Training Lead will design and oversee the training strategy and curriculum for the Worker Interface implementation, ensuring users are prepared to adopt the new solution successfully. 
•    This role will be responsible for developing training materials, including train-the-trainer content, delivering training through multiple methods, and supporting workforce readiness and change management for pilot participants.
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Design and oversee the training strategy for the Worker Interface initiative.
•    Develop role-based curriculum, learner materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and train-the-trainer resources.
•    Deliver or coordinate training using a variety of methods to meet learner needs in remote and pilot settings.
•    Assess training needs across pilot counties, Tribal agencies, and State user groups.
•    Support change management planning, communications, and workforce readiness activities.
•    Gather learner feedback and refine training materials iteratively.
•    Partner with the project team to align training timing with pilot readiness and implementation milestones.
•    Ensure all training materials are accessible and usable.
•    Track adoption and readiness indicators and surface risks related to end-user preparedness.
 
 
Required Qualifications:
•    7+ years of experience in training, learning strategy, organizational change management, or workforce readiness for software or process transformation initiatives.
•    Proven experience designing training curriculum and end-user enablement materials.
•    Experience creating train-the-trainer materials.
•    Ability to deliver training through multiple methods, including virtual formats.
•    Strong understanding of adoption challenges and workforce readiness planning.
•    Strong written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
•    Experience working across varied learner groups and stakeholder types.
 
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience supporting public-sector implementations or worker-facing systems.
•    Experience in human services, benefits administration, or similarly regulated environments.
•    Familiarity with accessibility requirements for training content.
•    Experience with pilot rollouts and iterative adoption planning.
•    Change management certification or comparable background.
