Summary

Experience in contracting tools of a Subcontractor, Subaward, Participant and Modification.

Sourcing including the use of RFPs, RFXs. and Market Check

Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to review and enforce compliance exhibits, Data Processing/Sharing Agreements, SLAs, and right-to-audit clauses.

Experience with Third Party Risk Management, Enterprise IT Security, Governance & Regulatory Policies.

Experience with NIST (SP 800-53 / CSF) and ISO 27001 Security Frameworks
