Duties

Help

  • You will initiate corrective actions to eliminate systemic deficiencies.
  • You will search different databases to extract information to resolve data discrepancies, respond to questions, provide status and verify information,
  • You will analyze procurement data from automated systems to recommend procedural changes.
  • You will track and analyze supply usage to establish reorder points.
  • You will prepare, review, submit and execute procurement actions.
  • You will create award and receipt transactions.
  • You will provide guidance to customers and subordinate commands regarding supply processes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following duties: 1.) Supporting District, Recruiting Station and sub-station logistics and supply operations; 2.) Providing analysis, procurement lifecycle actions, reconciling fiscal reports, training subordinate commands, and providing specific program support for supply and data systems; 3.) Coordinating with various vendors to reconcile requisitions to obtain specific obligation rates throughout the fiscal year; and 4.) Creating formal correspondence, reports, tabulated material, memoranda, and other related documentation.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Master's or equivalent graduate degree

OR

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

OR

LL.B. or J.D., if related
