Job Overview

Milestone Logistics Data Analyst are responsible for integrating logistics, inventory management, and data analytics with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain internal inventory control systems focused on operational excellence and documenting processes related to external vendor materials.
• Ensure proper receipt documentation in compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations for business operations.
• Enhance end-user experience on internal knowledge platforms.
• Create and manage documents using Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Develop and maintain templates for business reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report key operational metrics related to inventory control and process improvements.
• Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making.
• Handle receiving of materials from outside vendors.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years experience in data analytics or administrative roles.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• High professionalism and customer service orientation, with motivation for customer satisfaction.
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems independently.
• Agile mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in metrics development, data analysis, and/or reporting tools such as Google Sheets or dashboards.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations or material handling in environments like warehouses, manufacturing, or distribution centers.
• Collaborate with a team of logistics specialists working both independently and collectively.
• Maintain strict control over inventory through accurate system transactions.
• Ensure precise and timely handling of shipments and receipts.
• Transport inventory manually or using material handling equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned with attention to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Commit to contributing excellence to service delivery.
• Embody core company values including urgency, collaboration, honest communication, reliability, and exceeding expectations.
