Job Details

As part of our group of innovative thinkers, you'll be at the forefront of disrupting and revolutionizing the industry, tackling complex challenges to meet the needs of our front office users and clients. In this role, you will help work with different technology teams tasked with the buildout of a global federated customer master and related automation of customer processes.

This role requires a detail-oriented thinker with analytic background to help draft requirements, process flows, and design future state solutions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing different scenarios, and datasets while coordinating with multiple technology squads to help to prioritize decisions and requirements. Key Competencies required for the role include Data Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Project Management and Execution, Innovation and Continuous Improvement, and Adaptability and Resilience. A background in data management and data modeling will be an added benefit.

Responsibilities:
  • Use your strong analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, identify data sources, and collect and preprocess data
  • Interview various users in operations and front office to understand current processes and draft process flows
  • Collaborate with engineering, data and analytics teams to design, build, and enhance tools for rollout against the product roadmap

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering, advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong data analysis skill (e.g. SQL) along with an understanding of technical patterns used to consume and process data at scale
  • Experience with the Agile development process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizations to get the job done.
  • A proven track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in addressing complex challenges.

Desirable:

Familiarity with Wealth Management business processes and front office users is extremely desirable.
