In-Kind Project Manager (SNOW Implementation).Apply today for consideration! Job Title: In-Kind Project Manager (SNOW Implementation)Location: RemoteDuration: 7+ Months with possibility of extensionPay range: $82 to $84 per hour (DOE) Job Description:- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping for assigned engagements
- Establish and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Facilitate governance cadences, including status reviews, milestone checkpoints, and go-live readiness reviews
- Provide structured reporting aligned to agreed delivery milestones
- Provide independent advisory input regarding delivery structure, sequencing, and risk management
- Leverage prior ServiceNow implementation experience to assess delivery feasibility and alignment with platform best practices
Qualifications:- 4–8 years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting ServiceNow implementations
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery methodologies (e.g., Now Create)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners
- Strong risk management and governance capabilities
- Ability to operate independently and manage defined project engagements concurrently
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
