Design and build reporting solutions using HANA Studio, CDS Views, Analytic Query, BEx Query, BOBJ Analysis for Office, Analysis for OLAP, and Web Intelligence. · Design, build, and support solutions using S/4HANA UI5 and FIORI with the BOPF framework; develop AMDP and SQL script solutions for performance. · Develop, enhance, and maintain custom and pre-delivered extractors and other SAP ETL tools for SAP and non-SAP data extractions, transformations, and business rules. · Perform data modeling, star schema, master data, ODS and cube design; develop and schedule process chains; manage data loading and historical backfills. · Perform program modifications, performance tuning, debugging, unit testing, and data validation; troubleshoot reports for accuracy and speed. · Translate business/stakeholder requirements into BI applications and reporting solutions; create functional designs, technical specifications, and test scripts. · Document modifications and new development for peer reference and knowledge transfer; enforce SAP BI development standards. · Coordinate with DBA, BASIS, infrastructure, and integrated component teams on change management, performance, and access for global BI solutions. · Support onboarding and technical training of BI Power Users (BEx Analyzer, Query Designer); provide mentoring and guidance to other developers.
Minimum 10 years'' experience working with SAP BI/BW, S/4HANA, CDS Views, and other reporting tools. · Hands-on expertise across SAP BI/BW, Embedded BI, HANA Studio, BEx Analyzer, BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office, Analysis for OLAP, BOBJ, and Web Intelligence. · Experience designing reporting solutions with CDS Views, Analytic Query, AMDP, and SQL script for performance optimization. · Experience designing, building, and supporting S/4HANA UI5 and FIORI solutions using the BOPF framework.Experience with SAP BI extraction using standard data extractors and ETL tools for SAP and non-SAP data sources, including SAP ABAP programming with BI. · Strong skills in data modeling (star schema, master data, ODS, cube design), data loading, performance tuning, and process chain automation. · Experience in query and report development (BEx Analyzer / Query Designer) and web report development (Web Application Designer). · Experience documenting modifications and new development; gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating to BI/reporting solutions. · Experience providing Tier II/Tier III support and mentoring/guidance to other developers.
