Location: Dallas/TX Onsite role

Required skills:
TIBCO BW 6.x Development, TIBCO BWCE (Container Edition),TIBCO EMS,TIBCO HAWK,TIBCO Enterprise Administrator, REST APIs, BWstudio, Containerization using Docker, Deployment in Kubernetes/Openshift

This role focuses on developing integrations using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and related tools, while working with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

• It includes designing solutions with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring, as well as collaborating with architects, analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• The role also involves code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and supporting production environments through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Candidates are expected to participate in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps best practices.
• Additional desirable skills include experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, API gateways, microservices, and modern monitoring tools.

Role 2)

Location: Dallas/TX Onsite role

Required skills:

• This role requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on leading the migration of shell scripts to Python while integrating GenAI capabilities.
• It involves planning the project, coordinating with technical and business teams, and ensuring that AIgenerated Python code meets quality, performance, and security standards.
• The position also includes evaluating tools and vendors, managing risks and compliance, overseeing testing to ensure accuracy with the original scripts, and maintaining thorough documentation and knowledge transfer.

All the responsibilities mentioned above are in line with the professional background and a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Business Analytics or Bachelor of Engineering in any stream or relevant higher degree education and experience equivalent are minimum requirements for this position.
