Electrical Assembler in Ontario, CA.
As an
Electrical Assembler you will:
Job Description - Assemble electrical components using technical drawings and instructions
- Dismantle, adjust, and assemble equipment according to plans, manuals, or drawings
- Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers) to complete assembly tasks
- Align, fit, and secure components to meet exact specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Continuously looking for ways to improve work processes and individual knowledge and skills
This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications - 6 months to 1 year experience in electrical assembly; or
- AA degree in Electronics/Electrical a plus
- Strong wiring and mechanical abilities desired
- Wire harness and soldering experience is a plus
- English communication skills preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Previous experience assembling electrical or electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with IPC standards, quality control procedures, and safety practices
- Experience using measuring devices, testing equipment, and basic electrical diagnostic tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance record and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Basic computer skills for documenting production activities and reviewing work instructions
- Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in other assembly function
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
