We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our production team. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels used in large industrial systems.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures according to engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions.
  • Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed control panels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and company safety standards.
  • Assist with other production and assembly activities as needed.
  • Work closely with engineering and inventory teams to ensure accurate and efficient builds.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of experience building and wiring industrial electrical control panels.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, when production demands require.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with industrial control systems, including:

o AC/DC motor controls
o PLCs
o Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
o Pump control systems
o Pneumatics and hydraulics
o Allen-Bradley control platforms

Experience in control enclosures wiring assembly is required.
