RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Product Manager/Digital Marketing.
Summary:
This role sits at the intersection of product management, digital marketing, and data analytics, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights while communicating effectively with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve digital marketing platforms and tools across web, paid media, and CRM ecosystems
* Drive integration of multiple marketing technologies and data sources resulting from acquisitions
* Partner with engineering and IT to define and deliver scalable, API-driven solutions
* Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, web)
* Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and aligned with business objectives
* Support end-to-end campaign delivery, from ideation through execution and reporting
* Define and monitor KPIs including impressions, CTR, conversions, engagement, and funnel performance
* Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Looker to analyze campaign effectiveness
* Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion and ROI
* Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams
* Lead Agile workflows, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and clear prioritization
* Collaborate with external partners and third-party platforms to support new digital experiences
* Develop clear, concise executive summaries and presentations
* Communicate complex data and product initiatives in a compelling, business-focused narrative
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, social, web, email)
* Experience working in cross-functional, Agile environments
* Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics)
* Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
* Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and data pipelines
* Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and integrations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in agency environments or managing multiple campaign types
* Background in travel, hospitality, or experience-based industries
* Exposure to AI, automation, or API-driven solutions
* Experience working with platforms such as Airtable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
