Apex Systems is currently hiring a Salesforce Product Manager to join a growing client that is 100% remote.
Term: Permanent
Location: 100% remote (must be US based)
Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000

You'll lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, collaborate with architects and developers across global delivery teams, and influence how the organization builds and delivers Salesforce solutions at scale.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 PO/BA professionals
Own Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and emerging AI capabilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities for automation
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs
Influence architectural decisions and participate in discussions on scalable, enterprise-grade builds
Drive cross-functional alignment and communicate product vision to executives, stakeholders, and technical teams
Support major initiatives such as:
New customer-facing portals
AI-driven workflow automation
External partner/community platforms
Migration of legacy systems into Salesforce
Participate in Agile ceremonies, roadmap reviews, and quarterly business updates
Represent the product team at internal showcases and strategic planning sessions
Balance hands-on execution with long-term strategic thinking
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in Product Management
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, AgentForce) and how to leverage them for business process improvement.
Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant) are nice to have.
Experience working on Salesforce projects that have transformed companies before!
Experience managing people and supporting their growth
Proven ability to build strong relationships across remote and cross-functional teams
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to influence decisions
Experience delivering transformational Salesforce projects or scaling the platform in complex environments
Vendor management experience with third-party partners
Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical modes
A proactive, self-directed problem solver who takes initiative
Collaborative, low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
