Role: Salesforce Lead - Marketing Cloud

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Mode: Long-term Contract

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Must Have:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.
• Lead Marketing Cloud implementation, integration, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Manage data quality, validation, and reporting.
• Experience with Data Cloud data modeling, data integration, segmentation, and activation.
• Create reports and dashboards for marketing metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues.
• Provide user training and technical support.
• Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and best practices.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
